SHIPPING POLICY
As our products are handmade to order then we aim to send your order within 3-5 working days of you placing the order. Where possible your order will be dispatched sooner than this but please allow this amount of time.
You can then select from the following delivery options:
First Class Post: £1.50 for orders up to £25, free for orders over £25, orders typically arrive 1-3 working days after dispatch
Next Day Delivery: £5 for orders up to £50, free for orders over £50, orders typically arrive the first working day after dispatch
UK delivery only, sorry no international shipping at the stage.
If you have a particularly urgent need for a product please call or message us prior to placing the order so we can confirm whether it can be sent urgently.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope that you will love our products, if however you are unhappy with your product then you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
If a product is faulty then please return it to us for a full refund. Your statutory rights are not affected.
